So to dilute the peppermint essential oil, use any carrier oil such as olive oil, coconut oil, or sweet almond oil. For peppermint oil dilution, mix four to five drops of the essential oil with one ounce of any carrier oil of your choice. Never take essential oils orally.

4- Licorice Root
