Pregnancy Symptoms Week 1! Pregnancy symptoms are the normal physiological changes in a woman’s body when she gets pregnant. 1- Nausea with or without vomiting
When you are pregnant, your hormonal variation makes you more sensitive to your surroundings. Vomiting is a very common pregnancy symptom which is due to the anti-peristaltic movement of the intestinal tract. You may feel nausea, especially in the morning.
2- Implantation bleeding or spotting
When the ovum attached to the uterine wall, there is the destruction of some tissues which cause slight bleeding or spotting.
3- Abdominal cramps or bloating
Hormonal changes can give you cramps or bloat before or after the periods.
4- Headache

It is most common in those women who complain of headaches or migraines during the menstrual period. Don’t use relaxers or OTC reliever without the prescription of your doctor.
5- Frequent urge to urinate
During pregnancy, you feel more urge to pee. The more pressure is applied to your bladder, the more you urinate.
6- Increase appetite
7- Increase the sensation of smell
It can be mild or severe.
8- Fatigue
Women feel tired, lethargic, or tired, perhaps due to the progesterone hormone.
9- Mood Swings
It is a very common symptom during the menstrual cycle or pregnancy, due to the variation in pregnancy hormones. A woman becomes emotionally unstable or weepy.
10-Vaginal bleeding
It is a sign of implantation if it is mild. If it is severe, you should consult your health care provider.
11- Low back pain or backache
A common symptom of female reproductive life. Your uterus contracts put the pressure on your abdomen and back and cause backache.
12- Breast soreness
Breast become soft, tender, or sore due to progesterone hormone or prolactin hormone. It may also be due to the estrogen hormone.

There are some pregnancy hormones that are characteristically responsible for these physiological signs and symptoms. They include hCG, prolactin, progesterone, estrogen, absence of LH, or other placental hormones.
